Why Did We Make Kerry's Garage, and why now?
For many years, k-Lite was one person — Kerry, alone, hand-building looms and lighting systems, answering every question himself, one late-night email at a time. If you had a problem with your kit, you were (and still are) talking directly to the person who built it. That's how most of what k-Lite knows has always been shared: one rider, one question, one honest answer.

Garage is the k-Lite team deciding that shouldn't stay behind the scenes anymore.
We've spent years building kit for people chasing the same thing we are: the confidence of knowing your gear won't let you down out when it matters the most. But the thought process behind our products, the engineering decisions and the mistakes learned along the way has mostly stayed in email threads and workshop conversations. Garage is where that comes out into the open, for our community.

As for why now: k-Lite has grown into something bigger than Kerry and our small team, we a lucky to have a worldwide community of k-Lite riders, and we have YOU to thank for that. As the people who have made it possible for us to continue to innovate and run k-Lite, we believe its only fair that you get a peek behind the curtain. Not just the products you've already seen and know, but the years of work and innovation that went into them.
